Terms & Conditions
1: The Patently Obvious UK Eco Spa competition is only open to UK residents visiting www.patentlyobvious.co.uk. It is not open to employees of Patently Obvious, KMI, their agents or their families or anyone connected with this promotion.
2: Only one entry per person is permitted.
3: Entrants must be 18 or over
4: Entrants must provide the entry details as specified
5: The Patently Obvious UK Eco Spa competition entries must be received on www.patentlyobvious.co.uk by midnight on the 30th November 2008. No entries will be accepted after this date for the draw.
6: Proof of delivery will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
7: The Patently Obvious UK Eco Spa competition draw will take place on the 1st December 2008.
8: The winners will be drawn from entrants that answer the question correctly.
9: The winner of the prize draw will receive a weekend for two in a luxurious UK Eco Spa all expenses paid. There will be five runners-up prizes of a year's supply of Patently Obvious products.
10: The winner will be notified by email on the day the draw is made. Only the winners will be formally notified by Patently Obvious. Only the winners will be contacted personally.
11: We reserve the rights to amended prizes offered to an equal of greater value.
12: The prize may not be transferred to any other person and there is no cash alternative.
13: Winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.
14: Winners agree to keep confidential any knowledge about Patently Obvious and KMI, its business and its personnel received by them as a result of the competition.
15: Use of false name or address, i.e. name, by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
16: By entering the competition applicants will be deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
The winner's details are available on written request to Patently Obvious Competitions Manager, 17-19 Chiltern Court, Asheridge Road, Chesham, Bucks HP5 2PX, UK for four weeks following the judging having taken place.

Patently Obvious will not pass your personal details to any other organisation without your permission, except for the purpose of delivering your prize if necessary.
Patently Obvious reserves the right to alter or amend the prize offer due to any unforeseen circumstance.
