Who we are

  • Natural anti-bacterial action
Our unique natural Pure-tect formula is tough on germs - 99% of them won't survive it - yet is mild and kind to your skin. (And the planet too, obviously)
  • Bio-degradeable forumulation
Our naturally derived formulas mean when you pull the plug the contents of your sink will not go on to hang around and harm our water systems and marine wildlife.
  • Naturally derived content
The Patently Obvious formula is primarily made from a blend of natural and naturally derived ingredients. It does contain some synthetics but we are working hard on how we can remove these. A lot of products make very strong 'claims' about their natural content however they are stretching the truth somewhat. We are taking the honest approach.
  • 100% recycled bottles
One look at our distinctive, contemporary bottles proves that good design can be environmentally responsible - the PET plastic of every bottle is 100% recycled and has been reincarnated from plastics like old fizzy drinks bottles, (some of them may have come from your house). What's more when you have finished the bottles are also 100% recyclable.
  • Made in Britain
Unlike some 'green' washes and gels, all of our range is proudly made in Britain. We're a bit obsessive about keeping our carbon footprint infant-sized.

Surely it's Patently Obvious...

That we should care about what we put on our skin...
That naturally derived cleansers are better for the environment than chemicals...
That proven harmful ingredients have no place in the home...
That packaging should be made from 100% recycled materials...
That 'green' products should be more effective than the products they replace...

It is to us. That's why we built our new company, and our product range, on these simple principles. So, "sorry" preservatives. You won't find them anywhere in our products. Or any ingredients known to be harmful to the skin or to the planet.

The Patently Obvious range is made with naturally derived ingredients. Why would you want anything else on your skin?
